Since our founding, we have consistently maintained an unwavering commitment to becoming the finest source of takoyaki to be found anywhere. This commitment has been pursued through Tsukiji-Gindaco restaurants, which are operated to introduce takoyaki as a delectable expression of Japanese gastronomic culture to the world. Carefully selected ingredients are used to create "definitely delicious" takoyaki made in such a way that people can enjoy the crispy outsides and the soft, sticky insides underscored by pieces of mouth-watering octopus.
The manner in which our expert chefs lovingly prepare individual takoyaki amid a lively, friendly atmosphere defines our philosophy: "Gindaco is more than just takoyaki. For ultimate takoyaki, it has to be Gindaco. We delight in generating comforting moments and an abundance of smiles through perfectly round takoyaki balls served piping hot to our guests.

Favorite, nourishing tofu dishes made by hand can be enjoyed at Kamakura Oboro. Choice domestically produced soybeans and brine are used to create Oboro Tofu, a hot, soft, richly flavored dish. Healthy, original soymilk sweets and other delicious concoctions that gently imbue tired bodies with goodness are on the menu.

We use Nagano-grown Miyama-Herb chickens raised in an environment of plenty of exposure to sunshine. Skewers of chicken are carefully grilled to perfection by chefs using binchoutan charcoal. Rich, intense culinary masterpieces can be savored in the form of freshly prepared, thick omelets made from coveted red eggs.
